IPSG認定技工士とBBQへ!!

こんにちは。

Weber dental labor 稲葉由里子です。

先週末、IPSGの認定技工士が集まり、あきる野市でBBQをしました^_−☆

今回は、それぞれの家族もご一緒に！

という事で、私も家族4人で参加させていただきました。

自然休養村　山渓

自然を楽しみながら、川遊びとBBQできる穴場スポットです。

到着後、すぐに生ビールで乾杯！

食材など、全て揃っているため手ぶらで参加できます^ ^

私は、先日新島へ旅行に行った時に買った、くさやと焼酎、そしてラムを持参。

皆、それぞれ珍味を持ってきてくれたので、とても豪華なバーベキューとなりました！

そして、東和技研 の田口さんご兄弟も参加してくださいました。

そして、いつもお世話になっている田島デンタルラボラトリーの田島さんご家族。

赤ちゃんは、まだ生後2ヶ月なのですよ。

健ちゃんが、私の大切な仲間と馴染んでくれているのが嬉しい。

家族同士の付き合いって大切だと思います。

そうすることによって、家族が仕事をサポートしてくれるようになると思うからです。

信頼関係があるからこそ、大切なお仕事ができるのだと感じます。

仕事の話だけではなく、家族も一緒に遊び、美味しいバーベキューを楽しめる会。

家の庭から摘んできた、ミントでモヒートを作ったら、皆美味しいって喜んでくれました。

さっぱりして、夏向けのカクテルですね！

ダイナミックな焼きそばは・・・

あっという間に平らげてしまいました。

子供達は、水遊びも楽しみ、思いっきり夏を満喫しました^_−☆

朝の10時半に集合して、夕方の4時まで、皆で楽しい時間を過ごしました。

今回のバーベキューを企画してくれた峰岸さん、田島さんありがとう！

★ ~ BBQ with IPSG certified technicians ~

A group of technicians from the dental study group my father leads,
gathered for a BBQ in Akiruno City, Tokyo.

Akiruno City is conveniently located only 1 hour by train from central Tokyo.

The technicians’ families participated in the BBQ as well,
and we all enjoyed the BBQ together.

Akiruno is a great place for playing in the river and having BBQs
while enjoying a natural scenery that not many people know about.

I think that building relationships between families is very important.

Building relationships between families has the effect of building support
for their family members’ work.

This relationship of trust makes it possible for their family members
to carry out their important work.

We talked about forming a team of IPSG technicians to participate in a Spartan Race next year.

Dental technicians often do not get enough exercise,
so I want to train with everyone as a team,
and strengthen both the body and the soul.

I’m sure this will increase the unity of our team!
